April 2008 three women gathered to create an organization that would support and sustain the arts in California. The following is our resolve and our purpose.

We resolve to bring communities together through the arts; this would include textural arts, community celebrations that are intrinsic to the community and live productions of music or theater, and to promote live music in parks.

We will work to assist in funding community events that celebrate the diversity of the communities represented in entertainment, dance, song and art as well as events that support the various art and entertainment communities with education and new ideas in responsible hospitality.

We will support in the creation of new works in both art and entertainment that are sponsored by community groups and other non-profit organization and help in the promotion of these works for the public benefit.

We will fund studies on the economic impact of entertainment and art on our cities.  These studies will be done to provide data on the benefits, the impact of popular culture and the public, and the general health of art and entertainment community.

We will focus on providing educational opportunities for the arts and entertainment community including creating artistic content, formulating and implementing business plans, presentation including the design of sound and lighting, marketing and promotion to the public. Internships will be created for those who want to work toward a career in the art or entertainment field.
